What counts as an agent?
An agent is anyone with a login to your Helix workspace who can manage tickets and incidents. Read-only users and internal stakeholders don't count toward your agent limit.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade from Free to Pro with a click, and billing starts immediately. Downgrades retain Pro features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.
What happens if I exceed 3 agents on Free?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. Data is never deleted, we just require a plan change.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Monthly billing is available now. Annual billing with discounts is coming soon. All prices include GST and are in AUD.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No lock-in. Cancel in account settings and the subscription ends at period close.
